Blocked outbox

I would be grateful for any help anyone can give me for this.

I recently tried to send a large video file by email, and this has now
lodged in my outbox.

Entourage is now frozen and I am unable to delete the message/remove
it form the outbox.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Open Entourage with the Shift key held down. This disabled any schedules
that would try to send the huge message.

You might have to turn off the Preview Pane to delete from the Outbox.
