Blocked outgoing attachments in Outlook 2007

Any e-mail I send with a pdf attatchment seems to go straight to the Outbox
and stay there. I cannot send them.

Are you using some anti-virus e-mail scanning add-in? If so, remove or
uninstall it.

Are they getting marked read if you view the outbox?
