Blocked screen

I created a shared page. One of the frames is suppose to be a project status
stoplight. I am signed on as administrator, but when I try to display the
page it says "
The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:

Shared page where? SharePoint? If so, it looks like WSS is blocking your
content. You need to add the data source page or web part URL to the
exclusions in SharePoint's managed paths.
