Blocked Sender List

Does anyone know what the Blocked Sender List capacity is? Is there a limit
to the addresses, etc.. that it can contain?

I don't know the exact capacity but it also depends upon whether or not
you're running an Exchange Server with Intelligent Message Filter installed.
(as a client of mine recently discovered)
