Blocking users from outside office

I need to block standard Office 365 users from accessing outlook mail and know how to do that, but what about if they have it on their personal laptop at home, how can I stop those items form using the exchange online mail service , I just want them to have access with their desktops inside the office to all features of office 365 not not outside ??
