Blocked senders list?

Hello experts!
For some reason my blocked senders don't show up when I
go to the list. I have checked the registry and they are there.
Another strange thing I see, is that newly added blocked
senders disappear from the box when I restart OE6.
I know that there are experts on this forum that can help me,
anyone have an answer?
