Blocked Senders List

I am running Outlook 2002 under Windows XP Professional.
I want to know if there is a way to automatically place
the senders of Junk Email into the blocked senders list.

and then i discover that first three number sets on my ip
address under file-properties is same first three sets on
spammers ip address.....other words back to domain names.
========there has to be solution to spam=========
