Changing sender address using macros

Outlook version: 2010
OS: Windows 7

This is what I would like to do:
1. If the content of the currenly replying mail (RE: ) has the text "Best regards" in it, change the sender e-mail to [email protected]
2. Else change the sender e-mail to [email protected]

Help would be appreciated!

FYI, sender e-mail = my e-mail (I have multiple e-mails)
