blocking correlation error message

What does failed and blocking correlation man in the Queue and failed and not
blocking correlation mean?

Failed and Blocking Correlation is a very bad situation, as this error
blocks all other jobs behind it in the Queue. Failed and Not Blocking
Correlation does not block other jobs behind it in the Queue. Hope this
