Blocking e-mails

One of my e-mail addresses is getting loaded up with junk e-mails. I had heard it is possible to have individual e-mails blocked by selecting words (i.e., viagra, etc.) that will block the message from coming across. Is this possible through Outlook or would this have to go through the provider (Network Solutions in my case)
