Blocking "From" name not address

Is there anyway to add words used in the "From" address to the blocked
senders list in Outlook 2003 rather than just the email address? I get a lot
of spam and virii that contain the word Microsoft in the From name. They
come from an unlimited supply of faked email addresses. I know I can make a
rule based upon words used in the subject. Can't find any similar capability
for words used in the "From".
