Blocking Readnotify.com and other companies the like.

I would like to know if there is a program that can block Readnotift.com, etc.

I don't like the idea that when I read an email my ip-address, location,
time, day & frequency of re-reads is sent off to these co's and the
individuals that sent me.

Please assist.....!

Can be blocked at server, ie domain readnotify.com
Or set filters to delete and advise those you wish to hear from that you
will be blocking those containing 'readnotify'
