Blocking sender in junk mail

Is there a way to block the sender as it goes to junk mail. I have set it
so that unsafe mail goes to junk mail, then I have to go thru it one by one
to block the sender. Any way to set it so it blocks the sender
automatically as it goes into the junk file?

PS. My reason is I"m getting hit with the Microsoft update virus alert
constantly.
