Blocking Senders Domain

This is a suggestion for both Outlook 2003 Client and Exchange 2003 OWA:

Outlook 2003 Client:

- Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Blocked Senders List

Exchange 2003 OWA:

- Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List
- Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Blocked Senders List

These should be added just to more closely resemble the features available in the Outlook 2003 Client.
