blocking spam with IP address

In Outlook 2003, I added the received from "IP address" shown in options from
a spam email into the Junk Email options. It fails to block future spam
emails from that IP address. Is this a problem?

Hi, Lonnie,

If you don't get a response here, try posting to one of the Outlook
newsgroups, where you'll find more folks familiar with the Junk Mail
