blocking text on a report

I created report with textboxes populate with a paragraph
of text in which I concantinated variables. Is it
possible to use "Block" justification as. I see the
button for left justify and right justify and center
justify. Block justify is basically both right and left
justification happenning at the same time.

Anyone?
