blocks of formulas

The first "block" of cells containing formulas is I1 thru
P9. The formula in each of these cells refer to cells A1
thru H9, respectively.

The second "block" of cells containing formulas is I10 thru
P14. The formula in each of these cells refer to cells I1
thru H14, respectively.

The third "block" of cells containing formulas is I15 thru
P30. The formula in each of these cells refer to cells I15
thru H30, respectively.

(As you can see, the number of rows varies in each "block"
of cells).

How do I copy the formulas from each formula-"block" to
other "blocks" of the same size?

The second "block" of cells containing formulas should be
I10 thru P14 (not I1 thru P14).

Do you mean copy horizontally or vertically? To maintain the same cell references?
