Is there a way to do it using FrontPage 2003?

Something simple is all I am looking for.

Only if your site is hosted on a Windows 2003 server with SharePoint Services installed.

Check with your web host. Many provide free scripts to do things such as
weblogs with their hosting plan.

Once your blog is up and running, you don't really need do do anything with
FrontPage to use it because, by their nature, blogs are dynamically
generated. It's just a matter of getting the "back end" code running on
your website and then logging into a secure page on your site (created by
the script, ideally) from any browser to add new entries.

The only time you'd need to use FrontPage is if you wanted to edit some of
the website files to change style, color, etc. or to add new non-blog pages
(say for products, if you're a company, or family pictures, etc.)
