blue screen of death

When using Oulook 2003 with Windows XP trying to open
word docs my boss gets the dreaded blue screen of death
(memory dump) its saying there is a problem with
NV4_disp.dll. I know this file is associated with his
video drivers. I have reinstalled his vidoe drivers and
resarted but we get it still, although it is not 100% of
the time. HAs anyone else seen this and/or anyone know
of a fix? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Art,

I think that is a Sony driver. You may want to check on the Sony website to
see if they have an updated version.

Also do you get the same error if you use the standard Windows XP driver?
