Blue screens of death - Outlook related?

I have wiped my system and reloaded, but am still
getting "IRQL not less or equal" blue DOS screens. It
seems to be related to Outlook (happens when only Outlook
is open and I am logged on, anyway). I am a complete
Luddite, but have already spent AU$1,000 on techs. Can
anyone tell me what this might be? Thanks
