Blue Shading in Tables

does anyone have any solutions or suggestions for the blue shading in tables?
Has anything worked for anyone in correcting this problem?

Doug Robbins - Word MVP

It has been reported that this sort of thing is a result of incompatibility
between Word 2007 and the display driver. Check the website of the
manufacturer of you graphics display card for an updated driver.
