Blue Yonder Procurement Form

Dear All,

Would it be possible to get a copy of the Blue Yonder Procurement form used
during the Infopath demo at SP2009?

I was speaking to someone who attended the conference with me, but went up
to the speakers at the end and asked if he could have a copy. The boys said
yes. Pity I didn't think to ask the same question!

I've seen several demos on academy live about the infopath form sample. I'd love to get my hands on a copy and actually install and play around with it.

Any download links available for the solution?
