I now have some information on the blugro3 problems. For some reason, the
server is rejecting certain connections. (We are still investigating why
these connections are being rejected.) That causes the clients to retry, and
then to fall back to other protocols, worsening the situation. Operations is
currently working on resolving the connection issue, which should restore
normal communications.
This issue was not readily visible on our end. Thanks to Seth for providing
us with traces of the situation.
