Blurry Screen Captures when pasting from Snagit to Word

I am having the following problem: When I try to copy a
full application screen capture from Snagit to a MS Word
XP document, the pasted image is blurry. I never had this
problem with Word 2000. I would appreciate any help that
can be forwarded.

How about saving the picture to disk, then using Word's
insert picture command?
