message recall failure delay?
I have 2 users in exchange 2003 sp2/office 2007 sp1. One is calendar owner
and the 2nd one is the delegate. The delegate manages calendar 100% of the
time. They have been complaining that very ramdomly the following issue
occurs to their recurring meetings:
1.- Recurring meeting is created and the body contains dial-in information
for attendees. Recurring meeting occurrs weekly.
2.- Every week, one day before the weekly meeting occurrence, the delegate
adds an agenda to that specific occurrence of the meeting and sends an update
to all attendees.
3.- Ocassionally, that agenda gets overwritten with the body information of
the series.
Please note that the meeting body change does go through as we have verified
in OWA that the meeting occurrence show the agenda.
What would you recommend to troubleshoot this issue?
