The Oulook 2000 envelope icon in the system tray sometimes takes me to the
Inbox to read new mail, but most times I double click the icon and receive a
MS Message Box Error Message stating "The operation failed." Even after I
open and read all mail the icon remains. I usually have one icon in the tray,
but have had as many as three icons displayed next to one another and they
all three give the same error message. If I right click the icon I do not
have any menu/ options. Recently, I did subscribe to an "Outlook Update
Program" called Plaxo. Thanks in advance.
