Got a problem.
I have a user running Outlook 2003. The first time the user launches
outlook and creates a new message, everything is fine, including the
signature. When the user creates a second message (or any after that),
all text defaults to bold (including parts of the signature). Once they
close and reopen outlook, it's back to normal text until a 2nd message
is created. The format type is defaulted to RTF. The user can select
the text and go back to normal, but it's a pain. Anyone seen anything
like this?
