Bold error

Whenever I bold selected text in Word, it automatically also italicizes and underlines it. How do I stop this from happening?

In whatever unnamed version of Word you have, click on AutoCorrect
Options | AutoFormat As You Type tab | uncheck the boxes for "Built-in
Heading styles" and "Define styles based on your formatting" | OK.
