Bold font is appearing right on top of each other.

A user in our company is having a problem with some
letters in her document falling right on top of each
other. When we remove the formatting the problem
dissappears, and when we open the doc on our machines it
appears fine. Any idea what could be the problem on the
user's end?

Thanks

An old printer driver? How does it print for her? Otherwise possibly her
zoom settings.

Hi Rob,

I've seen this with a couple of really old documents I have (that I probably even migrated from Word Perfect, years ago). The problem is corruption *in the paragrphs*.

One thing that sometimes works is to select these paragraphs (plus the ones immediately following and immediately preceeding); Edit/Cut; Edit/Paste Special as plain text. Then reapply the formatting.
