Bold text printing problems

Anyone had a problem where all bold text appears in print preview, but will
not print. Or in some documents, only the bold text will print. I have
experienced the problem in Word and Excel.

Usual cause is the printer driver acting up. Reinstalling the printer or
updating the drivers form the printer manufacturer normally sorts it out.
