Bold typeface in Active Appointments View

In Active Appointments View, some of my appointments are bold faced while
others are normal.
Please can someone tell me the difference between them.

I think you're seeing the difference between Read and Unread appointments.

Thanks Judy - something like that indeed seems to have been the case. But it
must mean more than just reading it on the display page; it only changes
after it has been viewed in the edit dialog box !
