Bolding in the Outlook Calendar

Our building uses Outlook 2000. When a person enters an appt a year in advance, it does not bold in the Outlook calendar. Does anyone know why?

Tools>Options>Free/Busy Options> controls how far out this will go, but in
2000 only 12 months are allowed. XP+ allows 36 months.
