Hi,
We have a pool of 4 cars set for use as a resource in Outlook (Office 2007)
.. We invarioubly need to book these out for a duration longer than that of
the actual appt we are using them for. For example if I have a meeting 10-4
on the 3rd April, I might need the car from 6pm 2nd April to 8:30 am on the
4th. If I book the meeting for 10-4 and add the car as a resource, the car is
(obviously) only booked out from 10-4 also.
Is there a way in which I can do this with the cars still set up as Resources?
