I have created a merged directory file in Word from Excel, but cannot find out how to format the document so it prints out in a booklet format. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks
Use the free utility cocoa booklet, and it will handle rearranging and
re-sizing the pages for you. http://fabien.iconus.ch/cocoabooklet/
Once installed, you can use it in any program on the Mac.
