Hi.
First of all I must tell you that I am not using an English version of
Outlook so I dont know if I am using the correct terms when I try to explain
this problem.
We have set up resources in Exchange to automatically respond to meeting
requests. When a user needs a resource for a few hour the default "show time
as" is blue (booked)
When a user needs the resource the whole day and clicks the checkbox to
select the whole day instead of selecting the times from and to, the "show
time as" will be white (free). Why is the default selection "free" when
making the reservation for the whole day. The resource is NOT free if it is
booked and reserved the whole day. Is this default selection possible to
change?
