Booking Time/Overtime

I am on a project where we have several programmers that are assigned tasks. I have MS Project 2003 Pro on my desktop and the programmers connect to Project Server utilizing Project Web Access. Sometimes these programmers have worked overtime 15 hours or more on a particular day and try to submit that amount of time for a task. Why is it that some of the programmers get an error message on Project Web Access when they try to put in 15 hours, which is the time they work. The error message reads, "The time you put in is more than the allowed time to work per day." At the most we can only put in 10 hours. How do they get around this and put in 15 hours or more for the time they have worked?

The maximum amount of time that can be entered for a single day on a single
task is controlled by a setting established by your Project Server
administrator. I believe you should ask your PS administrator to increase
that value to reflect your company's reporting needs. The value is found in
the Tracking Settings section of Project Web Access, which can only be
accessed by an administrator. Hope this helps.
