Booklet on A3 paper

I want to produce a booklet using A3 paper which has four pages, each 10.5cm
wide by 29.7cm high, on both sides of the sheet.

I cannot seem to figure out how to do this, please can someone hep me.

Follow Don's instructions, but create two panels on each page. Or create a
tri-fold brochure, change the format to a four-fold brochure, and the paper
and page sizes to A3.

I am using Publisher 2003 and I can't find a four fold or three fold
brochure format anywhere. Any ideas??

Try under Brochure. Or start from scratch by creating a blank landscape
page and editing the layout guides to four columns, no margin.

Also Don, I dont have 'Special fold' option in my page setup, or am I
missing something??

Special Fold is the Publisher 2000 terminology (I think Don's still on
Pub2000, for some reason). It's called "Booklet" in Publisher 2003.
