Booklet Printing not working

I am trying to print out a booklet on 11X17 (Tabloid). The problem is that
first off the pages are not in order. Second when i do print out the booklet
it sees to be printing out backwards or is it mirrored. I have tried changing
settings, i have even went on microsoft how-to and i cannot seem to fix this
problem. Any help would be great

What version Publisher? Version 2007 will setup differently than what you are
use to if you are a veteran Publisher user. What model printer? Is the driver
current?

Publisher 2003
i am using a Icon phaser 5161
I have printed newsletters and booklets off of it before and it didnt mirror
itself
it is a commercial printer that is set up to a network.
