Booklet Printing

I need to know how to set up the pages to print for a
booklet.(i.e. 3,51,52,4). Printing on 11 x 17 paper,
duplex, printer is a Xerox docucolor 12. Everytime I
currently print it, the pages do not line up as selected
and an additional set of pages also prints out. I have
printed this booklet before, this was before I got my
current terminal. I am not sure if it was a different
version of word.

Please help.
