Does anyone have an existing Excel bookmap that can be used in book publishing? I used one about 5 years ago, but don't have a copy of the file now. Currently, I'm using Word to create bookmaps, which isn't real efficient because I have to keep cutting and pasting text every time pages are added or deleted. The Excel bookmap automatically repaginates when pages are added or deleted. This would help me greatly if you have one!
