Bookmark on another page.

Despite advice from Steve Easton and Mike I still can't get my link to a
bookmark on another page to work.

My bookmarks are "One", "Two" and "Three". Hyperlinking to them only goes
to their page - not to the target bookmark.

Thanks to anyone who can suggest likely causes?

Where on the page is the bookmark located? Is in the part of the page that would normal appear in
the browser window when first open by a directly link to the page without the bookmark?

Can you provide a URL page with the link to one of these pages with a bookmark?
