Extract the bookmarks.dot file and put it in your Templates folder.
Then use File > New to create a document based on it.
It's just a 2-page document with a landscape table on each page -- one
for the front of the bookmarks and one for the back. Each of the five
cells in the table is 2 inches wide and 7.5 inches tall.
Design your bookmark in the first cell. Then copy the cell contents
and paste it into each of the other four cells. Do the same on the
back.
