bookmarks in word

I have created a document in Word 2002 in which I have created bookmarks to
move from a topic list to that topic section in the document. I have created
other bookmarks in an index. In the original document on the machine on which
I created it, all I have to do is CLICK the bookmark link. When I email the
document or transport it onmedia and access it on a different machine, I have
to CTRL + CLICK the links for them to work. Is there a way for the bookmarks
to be "single clicked" on any machine??

You can change the Word option that requires the use of holding Ctrl
and clicking a hyperlink by going Tools/Options/Edit and turn off "Use
Ctrl + Click to follow hyperlink". However this is an application
option so it option would need to be changed on each computer you use.
