Bookmarks & Netscape?

I am working with simple website with FP2002. I have page
where I link to bookmark on another page. I have
previewed this in Opera, Netscape, and IE6. The link to
the bookmark does not work correctly in Netscape. Is this
typical or have I done something wrong?

Ensure that the bookmark is 8 characters or less, lower case, with no spaces
or special characters.

Is this on the web where we can take a look?

NS does not like spaces and upper case in bookmarks.
