Fred
After you have created the document (i.e. used the bookmarks), is there any
reason why you cannot just remove the bookmarks as they serve no purpose
once the document is created?
Terry
: Terry,
: Understood, but is there a way to take a document with bookmarks and save
it
: so it resembles a printed copy? If I email a customized document to a
: customer I don't want them to see the bookmarks that i used to apply their
: name and address, etc. It no longer resembles a personalize letter. Or
is
: there another way to do this? These are send out one at a time so it
really
: isn't a mail merge - or perhaps it should be.

: Thanks,
