I have an old document with bookmarks.
I want to find out the names of particular bookmarks so that I can cross
refer to them.

Each bookmark appears as a I beam in its location. But how do I find out
what it's called?
I can access the bookmark list and trace likely sounding ones to see if
that's the one I want but this is tedious.
Is there a smarter way?
