Boot problems

We have a problem with a network pc at work it says

window 2000 could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
<windows 2000 root>\systems32\ntoskrnl.exe
Please reinstall a copy of the above file

Problem is no one can find the windows 2000 xp disk but we have all the
licence numbers on side of the machine

can anyone help
