border and shading option

Using Office Word 2003 (11.6359.6408) SP1 and I can't get the format tab to
show me the option for "border and shading." Need help in getting the option
to show.

Assuming you don't have adaptive menus still enabled, you can restore that
command to the menu; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/RestoreMenuCmd.htm. What you need to
know is that the name of the command (don't ask!) is BorderLineColor under
All Commands.
