border around rotated text

I want to rotate text up at a 45 deg. angle and then put a box around the text at that same 45 deg. angle. I know its possible but can't for the life of me figure out how, any help? Thanks!

the text rotates fine... but the border simply follows the shape of the cell, it does not rotate to match the text within the cell...
