Microsoft's help files say that you can rotate a text box,
but the rotation options are grayed out when I try it. Yes,
I made sure that the text box was selected.
I was able to accomplish what I wanted this time by using
the Text Direction option under the Format menu, but why
can't I get the Rotate options to work?
